With over ten years of engineering and construction experience, Anmato founded T-Square Management Group in April of 2024. He is highly detail-oriented, and his engineering background has reinforced the importance of problem solving and providing only proven solution-based outcomes.


As Founder and CEO, Anmato's daily responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, and executing the firm's expanding portfolio. He works closely with all trade partners to ensure that projects run smoothly throughout their life cycle. He invests a great amount of effort in properly engaging with all of his clients to ensure that their vision is realized. With a "boots on the ground" approach, Anmato continues to value in-person interactions and a visible presence on all projects.

Tonia has over 25 years of experience in client relations and stakeholder management. She prides herself on proactive communication, a thorough grasp of customer needs, and the development of strong and trusting relationships. She also works to uncover new potential business clients and investors who are interested in partnering with T-square Management Group.
